Window Painting in Pewaukee:

PAAC artists are invited to decorate windows in Pewaukee stores. The theme this year is Woodland Holiday. Terri Field and Anne Raskopf are working with Elaine from Posiitively Pewaukee. Please contact Terri Field (terri@terrifield.com) if you'd like to participate. We are anticipating late October or early November for paint dates.

Gingerbread Houses with Pewaukee Police Wednesday evening, Dec.9:

This year’s kits will be grab and go so families can work on them at home. A small group of volunteers will be needed to help hand out kits. Contact Lindy Kanavas if you’re interested in helping.

HAVE THE YEN TO TEACH?

Consider offering a class/workshop through Pewaukee Parks and Rec. They are scheduling winter classes (January – May) now and would happily work with you on scheduling a time and place for your class. Former PAAC Board member Monica Kaskey suggests the following topics to whet your appetite:

sewing, needlepoint, wood burning, thematic art (realism, abstract, etc.), and mulit-media techniques.

Interested? Contact Monica at kaskey@pewaukee.wi.us by mid-September for winter classes.

Window Painting the Town

Thank you to Terri F, Terri W, Irene, Margie, Julia, Juli, Joy, Marilyn and Anne for spending a Thursday beautifying downtown businesses in Pewaukee.

Please email Anne Raskopf if you'd like to volunteer your artistic abilities and paint a window. We'll help you find a partner and help you come up with a cheerful summer theme. You meet the owners and paint. Here's a look above at what we did
